Yonex Aerus 3 LX Women’s Badminton Shoe-Blue

Yonex Co., Ltd. is proud to announce the release of its lightest badminton shoe ever — about 270 grams (for a size 26). The POWER CUSHION AERUS 3, designed to absorb the impact of the intense footwork of badminton while not inhibiting a player’s movement speed, releases in late September 2018.

Modern badminton continues to become a faster and faster game, and players need shoes to meet the demands of the more intense footwork. Adopting Yonex’s proprietary shock-absorbing material, Power Cushion+, the AERUS 3 also features a redesigned midsole structure, further increasing shock-absorption and resilience, while remaining lighter and allowing for greater agility than ever before.

The upper part of the shoe realizes improved fit and decreased weight by adopting a new material that combines elasticity and toughness. Additionally, weight is reduced by the upper part of the shoe is one seamless piece, eliminating the need for fabric overlap and seams.

• Upper: Sports P.U. leather around a Double Russell mesh layer for comfort, support and breathability. 
• Midsole: Hyper nsLite, a graphite sheet,  alongwith the Power Cushion technology offers exceptional cushioning, shock absorption and energy return with each step. 
• Outsole: Hexagrip technology helps with agility and stability.  This unique pattern gives 3% more grip and is 20% lighter than a standard sole.
